These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wyckoff IQ, including the TradingView indicator and the Wyckoff IQ Discord server (together, the "Service"), operated by [YOUR NAME / BUSINESS NAME] ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Wyckoff IQ provides a TradingView indicator that detects and displays Wyckoff accumulation and distribution schematics, and/or access to a private Discord server that delivers alerts when schematics are detected, depending on the plan you subscribe to.
The indicator does not send alerts on its own on any plan. Alerts, where included in your plan, are delivered exclusively through the Wyckoff IQ Discord.
Alerts are generated automatically based on predefined technical criteria, applied only to the fixed set of symbols the indicator has been added to. This is a predefined watchlist, not a live scan of the entire market — a valid setup can exist on a symbol we do not cover.
Setups shown by the Service are not trading signals and are not tradable on their own. The Service automates the discovery of potential setups by scanning the covered symbols; it remains your sole responsibility to independently check and validate any setup before acting on it.
Discord alerts include a clickable chart preview for most crypto and stock symbols. For a minority of symbols, that preview and link may be unavailable — this is a limitation of the Discord alert display only and does not affect the TradingView indicator, which continues to detect and display schematics correctly on those symbols.
A setup identified on one timeframe may point in the opposite direction on another. The Service does not evaluate or factor in cross-timeframe confluence. As set out above, setups are not trading signals, so working out which one to trust does not make it correct — both may simply be incorrect.
Wyckoff IQ is an analytical and educational tool only. Nothing provided through the Service — including chart markings, alerts, or any other output — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
Schematics detected and labeled by the Service are potential structures identified by an automated model; they are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or predictive of future price movement. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial adviser, and we are not registered or licensed with any financial regulator in any jurisdiction. No advisory or professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. Consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any financial decision.
The Service and this website are not directed at any specific jurisdiction, and nothing provided should be used in a way that would contravene the laws or regulations that apply to you. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your country of residence.
Trading and investing — particularly in cryptocurrencies, derivatives, and leveraged products — carry a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire investment, and in some cases more than your investment. All decisions you make based on information shown by the Service are made solely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for their outcomes.
Hypothetical and simulated results. Any past setup examples, backtested results, or hypothetical performance shown by the Service or in our marketing have significant inherent limitations. Unlike a real trading record, hypothetical results do not reflect actual trades and may not fully account for market factors such as slippage, liquidity, execution timing, or fees. The Service is offered as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are shown in USD (or as otherwise displayed at checkout) and may change with reasonable prior notice for future billing periods.
Where offered, the free trial gives you access to the Service at no charge for the trial period stated at signup. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method will be charged.
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, including France, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your paid subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving any reason, in accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code. This 14-day period runs from your first charge — not from the start of any free trial, since no payment is due during the trial itself.
To exercise this right, contact us at [YOUR CONTACT EMAIL] within the 14-day period. We will refund the amount paid using the same payment method, generally within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
Once the 14-day withdrawal period following your first payment has passed, subscription payments already collected are non-refundable; you may still cancel at any time to stop future billing (see Section 9).
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate or refund unused time within a billing period once the withdrawal period in Section 8 has passed.
Access to the TradingView indicator and/or the Wyckoff IQ Discord is granted automatically after successful checkout, tied to the TradingView username and/or Discord username you provide. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or non-payment.
The Service, including the indicator's code, detection logic, design, and branding, is our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes for as long as your subscription is active. TradingView indicator access is granted to the TradingView username you provide and remains subject to TradingView's own terms of use.
The Service links to and depends on third parties, including TradingView, Discord, and our payment processor (Stripe), which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for these third-party services, their availability, or the accuracy of data they provide.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that data (including detected schematics and alerts) will be accurate or timely. Some data is sourced from third parties we do not control.
Not all setups detected by the Service are accurate, due to possible data issues. Always check the original chart on TradingView to verify a setup before making any decision based on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, however caused, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or wilful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading or investment activity, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, where not resolved amicably, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
