This Privacy Policy explains how Huet Jean, Yann, trading as "Investia" (SIREN 130 222 136), an entrepreneur individuel registered in France ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Wyckoff IQ (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
We use the following third-party services to operate Wyckoff IQ. Each processes a portion of your data as described:

| Google Fonts | Delivers the website's fonts. This discloses your IP address and browser user-agent to Google as an unavoidable technical consequence of loading the font files — no cookie is set and no data is used for advertising |
These providers may process data outside the European Union (notably in the United States). Where applicable, this transfer relies on the provider's own compliance mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). We do not share your data with any other third party beyond what's needed to operate the Service.
The website may also load other technical third-party resources not individually listed here (for example, a CDN or script needed to render a page correctly). Loading any such resource discloses your IP address and browser information to that provider in the same way as described above. We only add such resources where necessary to operate the Service, and this policy will be updated to name any that process more than this minimal technical data.
We retain account and subscription records for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as required for accounting and legal purposes (up to 10 years, in line with French commercial record-keeping obligations). You can request earlier deletion of data we're not legally required to retain — see Section 7.
We do not operate our own servers or databases for the Service. Your data is held and secured by the infrastructure providers listed in Section 4 (Cloudflare, Discord, TradingView, and Whop), each of which maintains its own technical security measures, including encrypted connections and access-controlled infrastructure. We selected these providers with data security in mind and limit what data we ask them to hold to what is necessary to operate the Service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

This website does not itself set any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It does load fonts and other technical resources from third-party servers (see Section 4), which can disclose limited technical information such as your IP address even though no cookie is set. If we add any analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookie in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be added beforehand, as required by French/EU law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
